Common Questions

• The AR sun doesn't match the real sky: Compasses drift — tap the re-sync button in the AR view, or use "point at the sun" calibration. Magnetic cases and MagSafe wallets can bias the compass a few degrees; Helios learns and corrects this over time.
• Alerts aren't speaking in my AirPods: Spoken alerts require headphones to be connected when the alert fires; otherwise Helios falls back to a normal notification banner. Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → Helios.
• What's in the free version? The full AR view, compass mode, and the day schedule — for today and the week around it. The one-time $4.99 unlock adds the full year of dates, saved locations, and AirPods alerts.
• Restoring my unlock after reinstalling: Open any locked feature and tap "Restore Purchases" on the unlock screen.
• Does Helios track me? No. Everything runs on-device; your location never leaves your phone. No ads, no analytics.
